Onvoy Terms and Conditions are as follows:

• By doing business with Onvoy, you hereby accept and shall abide by these terms and conditions.  Failing to abide by the terms and conditions may void refunds.
• Onvoy reserves the right to cancel services and issue a refund.  Booked services are generally non-refundable without consent of Onvoy.  All transactions must be prepaid and processed through our website.  Refer to our refund policy terms and conditions for refunds.
• Manage customer expectations, such as liability for information errors or website downtime.
• The information provided on our website is the sole intellectual property of Onvoy and all rights are reserved.  Information shall not be reproduced, copied, exploited, transferred without our expressed written consent. 
• For safety, drivers are required to be alcohol and drug free, and customers shall treat drivers with respect at all times and obey all local, state, and federal laws.  No smoking, vaping, alcohol or drug use including marijuana is permitted while being transported by Onvoy.   Customers are not permitted to have possession of any controlled substances or otherwise use Onvoy to transport such substances directly or indirectly.
